事前にプレゼンターの方と打ち合わせをしました。彼は「ラフだよー」といいつつ、きっちり授業用のタイムテーブルを作っていました。
先生って大変だなぁ。
解説やグループセッションのあと、いよいよ発表。
…と、思ったらなぜか話題は試験対策の勉強方法について。いろいろ質問がくるので、説明に追われました。
スピーチに必要なネタ拾いはインターネットやウェブログを利用している（実はそうだったのだ）と説明しているうちにタイムアップ。
あれ？
どうやら、暗唱は免除になったらしい。いんちきしちゃったな。えへへ。
本番になると頭がふっ飛ぶし、脱線することがわかったので、わたしは先生には不向きです。

Japan's role on the international stage in the future.

Japan used to have a big economic power, and gained wide renown as a nation of technology. Now, it has to play an active role on the environmental protection area.
These days, global-size environmental pollutions is bigger concern, such as ozone layer corruption, population explosion, soil and water contamination, deforestation, and desertification.
Many knows the most of the pollution problems occur in the developing countries, and few knows such problems are blamed to political failures and the imbalanced economic stage between industrialized nations and developing countries.
For example,the population explosion in developing countries begins from the economic contact with developed countries like Japan. The deals with the economic giants make the developing countries rich for a while. Then improvements of industrialization and medical care make temporal-decrease of the death rate, and the population begin to increase. But such excessive trade deals lead to collapse of economic self-sufficiency in the developing countries, which now have to keep increase products with scarce labor and scarce ecological management.
The point is that they should reconcile the economic growth with environmental protection, but making such protection systems are always late. Then vicious circle of poverty from population explosion and other environmental disruptions begin.
On the other hand, the industrialized nations has to balance environment protection and their own economic growth. That does not mean to force the difficult part upon to other, but Japan has been doing it, by making product-facilities in the Asian countries, without any environmental treatments or appropriate pollution control systems.
When one nation use their neighbor as their own economic resources, they are responsible for protection of environment of the site. That is what Japan has to do.
